Söderberg is a Berlin based, multidisciplinary design studio working across clothing, footwear, furniture, and metal objects, unified by a single conviction: material honesty over decoration. The brand's output, garment dyed jackets, cast metal stools, oxidized pendants, utilitarian shoes, carries a shared brutalist restraint, raw surfaces and quiet proportion standing in for ornament. Most of the production happens in Italy, in the Marche region and beyond, through relationships with the same small makers the studio has worked alongside for years, a shoemaker of four decades' experience among them. That continuity shows in the work itself. Söderberg's pieces are created in collaboration that is limited in quantity, slow in production, and each piece carries that understanding through.
