After graduating from Antwerp's Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Stephanie D'heygere launched her namesake label in 2018. As the brand received industry acclaim for its uniquely utilitarian approach to accessories design, D'heygere's identity became evocative of the modern Duchampian avant-garde. D'heygere explores the relationship between luxury and ordinary, thereby reimagining mundane objects as autonomous entities exerting their respective "thing power" in the arena of commodity fetish.
