Shopping at H.Lorenzo

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. Once your order is complete you will receive a second email with your tracking number. A signature is required on most packages at our discretion.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms and Conditions.

Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

You can verify the status of your order at any time from your H.LORENZO account, under Order History.

We do ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order is under review has not yet been shipped.

H.LORENZO offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an advance payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an advance purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to H.LORENZO. Your rights regarding advance purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at H.LORENZO.

Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders and customers making advance payments will receive items in priority to customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected advance payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the advance payment to your credit/debit card upon being advised that merchandise has become unavailable. Advanced or custom order production times may vary, estimation of which are not the responsibility of H. Lorenzo.

Changes and canceling your order

You can request an order change or cancellation by emailing here. Your order will be put on hold until we can review your request.


You will need to enter your payment information and select a shipping method. You can add or remove products from your cart before you checkout. Personal information provided on hlorenzo.com is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology.


Once we receive your order we will do a standard pre-authorization on your payment method. If the billing information is incomplete, incorrect, or we need further verification we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped. We currently accept payment by Amex,Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Pricing Policy, duties, and taxes

For products to qualify for a price adjustment it must be within the US and the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.

Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped in California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.

Customers purchasing internationally may incur the relevant import duty and tax by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If so, you will be required to pay these fees upon receiving your order. These costs are not included in the final purchase price. We are unable to accept rejected packages and the relevant duties must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Creating an account

You do not have to create an account to complete a transaction on hlorenzo.com. You may checkout as a guest, create an account, or login to your existing account at www.hlorenzo.com/account/login. When you register for an account it will allow you to quickly checkout, verify the status of your order, request returns, and track orders. You can also modify your password and manage your addresses from within your HLORENZO account at any time.
