Lucille Thievre's eponymous label was founded in 2019. The Parisian brand takes inspiration from its surroundings, the long-rooted artistic and creative environment in Paris. Her vision is to disrupt the status quo both in terms of design, and commercial structure, Thievre aims to infuse the care and soul to handcraft elegant and original garments. All of the label's garments are made-to-order and fabrics are sourced locally in collaboration with artisans or from deadstock excess, emphasizing the sustainable and sensual ethos. The pieces are focused on celebrating the intimate relationship between the form and the body, creating intricate connections and meaning unique to each garment.
