Aganovich

Formed by a Danish art graduate born to Yugoslavian parents and an Irish philosophy dropout born to American parents, Aganovich has always been sensitive to the notion of the outsider and its accompanying narratives. Whether it be Fellini’s clowns, East London anarchists, the gypsy empress, or the Venetian saltimbanque, stories of displacement, performance, and rebellion, as well as the garments that illustrate them, play a central role in the Aganovich universe. Known predominantly for experimental womenswear in heritage fabrics, the Paris-based house has recently been accepted to the Haute Couture calendar.
